Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to feel happy with your new Sir Tile® socks. However, if you are not, there is no need to worry.
All online customers have the legal right to cancel and return their order within 30 days after receiving it. Please notify us by email at info@sirtile.com, including your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
- Socks must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned with their original packaging.
- If the product is faulty (e.g., knitting defect or a hole appearing with first use), simply send us a photo of the damaged product along with purchase details. We will replace it free of charge.
- In case of an exchange, please indicate which item you would like to receive instead.

We recommend that returns are sent using a tracked shipping service, as Sir Tile® cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of defective items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
