All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

1) Free Standard Shipping (no tracking)

Portugal (mainland): up to 3 business days
Madeira & Azores: 3–5 business days
Europe / USA / Rest of World: 10–15 business days

Provided primarily by CTT (Portugal’s national postal service). No tracking number is included.

2) Shipping with Tracking

Portugal (including Madeira & Azores): €3.50 · 1–2 business days
Rest of the World (Europe, USA, etc.): €4.00 · 7–10 business days (some remote destinations may take 7–12 business days)

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

3) Express Shipping (selected European countries)

Available for a subset of European destinations. Rates and times vary by country.

Typical delivery: 1–4 business days
Indicative price range: €15–€20

Express services are handled by TNT (or equivalent). Exact rate is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

4) Store Pickup (Porto)

Dispatch & Delivery

Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, during business hours.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship together in one parcel.

Unsuccessful Deliveries & Returns to Sender

Orders that are not accepted or cannot be delivered will be returned to our warehouse. Any import, return, or re-shipping charges related to the automatic return may be deducted from any refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Orders)

Customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These fees must be paid by the recipient. Policies and costs vary by country and are outside our control.
